Delivery & return

We pack and ship your order as quickly as possible and ship 2-3 times a week. Delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days after the order has been placed - calculated from the next working day at 9:00 a.m. We ship to all of Denmark and the EU as well as most of the world.

Delivery prices from DKK 42. Free shipping on purchases over DKK 600.
Your goods are sent by GLS to the nearest parcel box, unless otherwise agreed or paid for.

For certain goods, special delivery conditions apply, such as backorders or goods ordered from abroad. The conditions will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.

RETURN RIGHT

There is a 14-day right of return on goods purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. You must bear the return costs yourself and you must send the package back with GLS and delivery to the address itself. We do not accept return packages to parcel shops.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notice must be given by mail at hello@moromoro.dk. In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you want to send the item back to us, you must package the item securely and send the item to:

You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item, without at the same time giving clear notice of this.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:
– Goods which have been manufactured to the buyer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
– Goods purchased specifically for the customer by agreement.


RETURN

You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return. When you return, you are responsible for the item being properly wrapped. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received it back. The item must be sent directly to the address and not to a parcel shop, delivery point, post office or similar.
We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must advertise within the last 2 days after you have discovered the defect/error/damage. Moro Moro Studio ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. When returning, it is required that the item be packed securely and preferably in the original packaging. Shipments are not accepted per cash on delivery.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your item has broken during transport with GLS, you must notify us immediately by emailing hello@moromoro.dk - no later than 3 days after collecting the package. We need pictures of the different sides of the package, the damaged goods, inner packaging and visible GLS package label in order to process your case.
