MAIN VASES

After many trips to the Italian volcanic island of Sicily, Moro Moro has over time found various local artists and families with whom we collaborate. Each one of them has their own style. The main vases are called "Teste di Moro" and are a tribute to the Arab people who brought clay to the island.

The main vases and main jars originate from an ancient legend about a young girl in the old Arab quarter "Kalsa" in Palermo who falls in love with a young stranger from the Orient.
